Its been a while since weve heard about Pacer

In case you missed the initial announcement, Paceris one of a long line of futuristic racers that is carrying on the legacy of games like WipEoutand F-Zero. Developed by R8 Games, Pacerwill allow for solo play, as well as support online matches for up to 10 players.

Its set in 2075 where anti-gravity motorsports are king, and will feature tracks from CoLD SToRAGE as well as a number of other electronica artists. Five vehicles are in, with customization options for each, alongside of 14 tracks with classic variants like night, mirror and reverse tracks. Itll also boast eight modes, including a battle royale inspired gametype, as well as a campaign.

It all sounds good on paper! Hopefully the physics are on point and its fun to play.Paceris out on September 17 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
